Job Summary:

UsefulBI Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models and solutions to meet our clients’ needs and drive innovation in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various systems, applications, and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions that align with business objectives and machine learning principles.
Implement and maintain machine learning models and algorithms, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Develop and maintain custom data processing pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support machine learning processes and data preparation.
Implement security protocols and measures within machine learning models and data handling processes to protect data integrity, user privacy, and system access.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of machine learning models to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in machine learning, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and machine learning specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role in a professional setting.
Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and best practices.
Working experience of GENAI and AWS cloud is Preferred.
Experience of AWS Bedrock is preferred.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries, including but not limited to TensorFlow,PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
Experience with configuring and maintaining machine learning models and data pipelines.
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile Development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality machine learning solutions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
