JOB DESCRIPTION

Education Qualification:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems with 2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities across functional areas using Agile methodologies and tools such as ClickUp, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
  • Gather requirements and develop AI-driven solutions through design and build phases.
  • Design prototype multimodal predictive AI agents with OneReach.ai and integrate solutions with platforms using Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Manage features, dependencies, and enhancements across Agile releases, ensuring software quality through testing and approval.
  • Deploy solutions that leverage NLU and knowledge bases with text, JSON, and CSV data.
  • Apply data science techniques for dataset analysis, optimizing databases, and data pipelines.
  • Design interfaces, reports, and dashboards with a focus on UI/UX principles.

Skills Required:

  • Clickup, Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, JSON, & CSV data.

Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in company’s different locations throughout the US.
