Sr. Customer Solutions Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
Coordinate activities across functional areas using Agile methodologies and tools such as Clickup, Jira, & Azure DevOps; Gather requirements and develop AI-driven solutions through design & build phases; Design prototype multimodal predictive AI agents with OneReach.ai and integrate solutions with platforms using Salesforce and ServiceNow; Manage features, dependencies and enhancements across Agile releases ensuring software quality through testing and approval; Deploy solutions that leverage NLU, and knowledge bases with text, JSON, & CSV data. Apply data science techniques for dataset analysis, optimizing databases and data pipelines; Design interfaces, reports, dashboards, with a focus on UI/UX principles. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in company’s different locations throughout the US. Skills- Clickup, Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, ServiceNow, JSON, & CSV data. Requirements :
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems with 2 years of experience in a job title with similar duties and skills.
Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in company’s different locations throughout the US.
HOURS: 40 hours/week, Mon- Fri, 9:00am – 5:00pm
