UsefulBI today announced its participation in the Bio-IT World Conference & Expo 2026, taking place in Boston from May 19 to 21.

At the event, UsefulBI will demonstrate how AI-driven workflows, combined with deep Life Sciences expertise and purpose-built accelerators, are transforming regulated operations across the drug lifecycle.

The company’s platform enables AI-driven generation of high-stakes documents across Pharmacovigilance, Clinical, and Clinical Data Management domains. This includes patient narratives, Clinical Study Reports, and other regulatory documents, generated through governed workflows that integrate structured data, domain logic, and human-in-the-loop review.

Unlike standalone automation tools, UsefulBI’s approach embeds AI directly into end-to-end workflows, ensuring:

  • Alignment with regulatory document structures
  • Traceability from source data to generated content
  • Controlled review and approval processes
  • Seamless integration with clinical and safety data ecosystems

In addition, UsefulBI will showcase its Medical Affairs Insight Engine, which uses AI to convert fragmented field inputs into structured, evidence-based actions. By connecting MSL insights with clinical and scientific data, the solution enables faster, more informed decision-making across organizations.

Visitors to the booth will experience live demonstrations of these capabilities, including end-to-end AI workflows from data ingestion to document generation and insight activation within regulated environments.

“Our focus is on applying AI where it matters most, within high-stakes, regulated workflows,” said Nainy Jain, Principal. “We enable organizations to move from fragmented processes to AI-driven systems that deliver measurable outcomes while maintaining compliance and scientific integrity.”

As AI adoption accelerates across Life Sciences, organizations are increasingly prioritizing solutions that go beyond pilots and integrate into real-world operations. UsefulBI’s approach focuses on enabling scalable, production-grade AI that operates within the constraints of regulatory environments.
