Full Stack Developer (React.js + Python) – GenAI Preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Python to build and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing end-to-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software. Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Python.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preferred GenAI Experience
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience using AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-powered chatbot or intelligent automation solutions is a plus.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
